Screen Printing FAQ
Do we have an order minimum?
Our minimum is 12 shirts, but if you ask very nicely and don’t have a crazy complex order, we’ve been known to satisfy orders that don’t quite make the cut. We also offer some on-demand printing techniques such as dye sublimation and vinyl cut/direct to garment which lets us do custom one-off t-shirts.
What is your turnaround time?
7 to 10 business days. Need it sooner? Give us a deadline and a tall cup of coffee and we’ll see what we can do. We have yet to miss a deadline.
What is the largest print area we can work with?
Our standard print size is 15” W x 15” H.
How should I supply my artwork?
We very much prefer high-quality Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW files. If you are planning on sending a file in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher, we will delete your email right away and never be your friend! Only kidding. But really, if you create your design with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher we will have to recreate the design for you so your shirts look their best.
What to do if you don’t know how to use the preferred programs:
If you aren’t exactly the most tech-savvy and you are unfamiliar with how to create Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW files, we’d be more than happy to create a design just for you! Just let us know your order specifications in a message so we can give you the fastest and most accurate service possible.
What shirts can we print on?
The industry standard is Gildan 5000, but we can print on American Apparel, Next Level, and really any other brand you can think of. To help you pick out the best shirt for your next order, head over to our apparel shop to see some of the options available.
And we don’t just do screen printing on shirts. We can print on anything from posters, pant legs, bags, and even capes if you feel like bringing out your inner super hero!
