Are we trying to match a prior reprint?

We can get pretty close if you are trying to match something that another shop produced. If you can provide a sample, that’d be best.

Ink Color

Do you have specific Pantone colors for your design or is the closest bucket color ok? ( Click here to see "bucket" already mixed colors ink colors. )

What kind of shirt are we printing on?

Not Sure On Sizes

If you are just gathering info for pricing, enter a rough quantity for what you think you will be ordering. This helps determine which price bracket you fall under for the decoration price.

Youth Sizes

Do you need youth sizes in addition to adults? This is important as some blanks do not offer the same colors for youth, also youth XS will require a different set of screens if you are ordering adult sizes.

Do we need to meet the exact order quantities or is there wiggle room for possible damaged goods during manufacturing?

This is a tricky one as many variables could cause a misprint (most of our defects come from the manufacturer as holes in garments). We try not to short any order, and order extra blanks to compensate for manufacturing spoilage, but occasionally things do happen. 2% is the acceptable spoilage in our industry, but if you are ordering exactly for everyone in the group, please let us know, and we will gladly do a re-print should something happen to short the initial production run. This also helps us determine how many extra blanks to order at the time you place your order.

Are you willing to purchase any overruns? If not, are you ok with us donating the extra shirts to a local non-profit?

For complicated designs, we might print extras of the front in case of spoilage when we are printing the backs, these are perfectly good shirts that we can sell to you (great for retail clients), or we’ve typically used them as test prints for other orders. We recently partnered with an Orphan care facility to donate our extras to help when they intake a new individual. If you don’t need the extras, we just want permission to donate these to our non profit partners.
