John Yogodzinski

John Yogodzinski is a hard-working and tech-savvy entrepreneur that works in Williamsport, PA and resides in Turbotville, PA.
In 2009 he founded his first company, The Graphic Hive as a way to assist businesses with their marketing technology, and printing needs. Realizing that art played a major role as in influencer on the creative side of The Graphic Hive’s operation, he opened a contemporary art gallery, Converge Gallery (formerly Grey Art Gallery) in June of 2011. At the beginning of 2018, Converge Gallery transitioned into a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization under the name Arthaus Projects.
Throughout the years, John has made waves by launching two successful micro brands: Frame It Here and Devoted to Your Day. Frame It Here offers in-house conservation framing featuring museum-quality materials designed to protect your most cherished items. Devoted To Your Day is focused on the details for your wedding. Backed by the power of The Graphic Hive, Devoted To Your Day can offer a lot of custom printed items and design services that complement a bride through her planning process. They are best known for their Photo Booth rentals which make any event more memorable. These sub-brands help fuel lead generation in micro niches as they utilize the power of the internet and search engine optimization to effectively make sales.
For 2017, John launched a publishing division called Hive Publishing Co., and released his first hardcover art book, Plastic Fantastic, in November 2017.
John has prior marketing experience, having worked at SupplySource Office Interiors from 2008 - 2013, serving as their Marketing and IT Coordinator.
John is a 2007 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology. In March of 2017, John was presented with the Alumni of the Year Award at the 16th annual Chamber Education celebration.
John is serving as the president of the local BNI Millionaires chapter. He also serves on the Williamsport Area High School Commercial Art Advisory Committee for their CTE program and serves a similar role for the Jersey Shore High schools Digital Media & Communications program. He also volunteers his time at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Turbotville, PA, helping to live stream worship service every week.
Outside of work, John is a huge Halloween fanatic, he enjoys playing pinball, watching stand up comedy, and nerding out.
Matthew Zarzyczny

Matthew Zarzyczny is a 2003 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Lycoming College with a B.S. in Chemistry and has over a decade of experience with creative writing and project management.
Matthew has been working with The Graphic Hive since 2016 and has successfully managed several high profile website, design, printing and video projects during this time. Matthew believes firmly that, "if we're going to do the job, we're going to do it right." Matthew also emphasizes "The Graphic Hive Difference" when it comes to the work that he oversees.
Matthew has written for companies of all sizes from large international organizations to small, local businesses. He has written and designed product manuals, product brochures and blog articles with consistent quality and targeted appeal. Matthew found his love of writing while working on scientific articles and proposals in graduate school and uses his science background to analytically develop a high quality written product that speaks to the desired audience while achieving all of the project’s goals.
Matthew’s love of creative expression extends to his personal life where you can find him performing live music and working on his novel.
Kaitlin Hallabuk

Kaitlin Hallabuk is a Graphic Designer who has been leading design projects at the Graphic Hive since 2017. She has a reputation of bringing client visions to life through unique, creative and engaging design. She has a passion for the creative problem solving that’s required to translate a client’s ideas and personality into a professional visual identity.
Kaitlin is well versed in many Adobe Creative Suite Programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. She specializes in digital and print design, illustration, web design, and brand development. She has an extremely diverse portfolio ranging from custom illustrated t-shirt designs for local record shops to packaging design for nationwide food providers, demonstrating that no industry is off limits.
In addition to having done work for a multitude of businesses across Lycoming County and Pennsylvania, Kaitlin has also worked on projects for the legendary country band Alabama, had her work featured in Mac Miller’s Circles: ’Til Infinity exhibitions in Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, and NYC, and has had her work published in Sunroom Bookz’s Paper Frames: Vol. 2.
Kaitlin has a BA in Commercial Design from Lycoming College where she graduated Cum Laude in 2018, was awarded the Commercial Design Award, and won several design competitions for her logos and brochures.
In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys doing all things creative such as drawing, painting, animating, playing the guitar and making music.
Jake Davis

Jake Davis is a Lycoming College graduate with B.A. in Communications & Computer Science and has over 15 years experience with web design and programming.
Jake has been building, maintaining, and improving dynamic web sites / web applications utilizing PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL for over 15 years, and is also well-versed in responsive theme development using HTML5, CSS3, JS and PHP. He has extensive experience utilizing a wide variety of content management systems and frameworks, and extending those systems by developing custom plugin and modules for additional functionality. He is skilled with troubleshooting application errors, fixing security holes, and optimizing existing code, and he has a long history of administering and supporting modern Linux servers for web hosting.
Jake was a previous Kolb Net Works employee having worked on many of the site development and upgrade projects for various local businesses.
Eric Rodgers

Eric Rodgers is a graduate from Marshall University with a degree in Business. Eric is originally from Pittsburgh and currently resides in Muncy. Eric works behinds the scenes to make and assemble beautiful picture frames and matte combinations. Eric brings his 40+ years of art and framing experience to our framing division known as Frame It Here. Trust that your cherished heirlooms and precious items will be cared for and preserved forever through our conservation framing techniques and Eric’s care.
Jeremy Shatley

Kailey Betz

Kailey Betz has been a screen printer at The Graphic Hive since 2020, starting part time while attending college at Lycoming. She moved to full time after graduation in 2022. Kailey has a strong passion for the decorated apparel industry and enjoys trying new and challenging printing techniques on our ROQ automatic press. When not in the office running the press, doing artwork separations, or managing The Graphic Hive’s social media, you can find Kailey roller skating or going out on the town with her friends.
Reagan Ward

Reagan Ward has lived all over the United States and has held a wide range of professions, including NAVY linquist, security, artist and barista. Reagan has been a Williamsport resident since 2019, and has been working as a full time screen printer at The Graphic Hive since 2021.
In a small, intimate shop like ours, our roles go beyond just the job title, though in her day to day Reagan is responsible for production shop management, color matching, screen prep, press operation, job setup and breakdown, quality control, shipping and receiving, product photography, and inventory management.
When not at work, Reagan enjoys a variety of creative outlets fueled by her BFA in photography and bookarts through Oregon College of Art and Craft. She enjoys the nerdiest of past times; she loves a good story, all manner of video games, board games and tabletop rpgs, and is currently obsessed with studying linguistics, esotericism, and cosmology.
Mackenzie Bower

Mackenzie Bower is a Montoursville area graduate that currently resides in Williamsport. She has always had a passion for all thing sewing since her grandmother taught her how to sew as a child. Mackenzie first began embroidery work while employed at Moran Logistics. While working at Moran she expanded her skill set to include embroidery and is now able to run single, double, and six-head embroidery machines. She was also able to learn a few tips and tricks to help ensure that she can produce amazing quality garments and keep your embroidery looking clean and nice. When not at The Graphic Hive you can find her at home spending time with here animals, reading books, listening to music, or watching anime.
Colton Hallabuk

Onyx & Nova

Onyx & Nova are the official anti-greeters at The Graphic Hive. You’ll probably hear them barking upstairs whenever you stop by. They are lovable beagador puppies that enjoy quality checking all garments and alerting everyone when someone new stops by.
